Prompt: Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

Prompt Response: A time I took a hiatus from something important was from Instagram. It was at the start of 2025, when I had realized the app was over consuming my life. I hadn't been present in the real world, only on my phone. The break positively impacted my life. Breaking the habit of not going on Instagram every second of the day was better for my mental health and social life.

Summary: In class we learned about 3 Rhetorical Devices (Antithesis, Hypophora, and Rhetorical Question) and did exercises for each one.

Reflection: I learmed that Hypophora is the technique of asking a question, then proceeding to answer it.
